The only thing salvageable about this branch is the director and cash registers. The other executives are useless. Especially the lady right after direct 1, needs a work motivation course.

It came for an account statement and they tell me that I can download it from the application and print it in a cyber. (I mean, I take care of myself) This is how the customer service is in this branch, you can take care of yourself!! I also open a bank right? So as not to bother you...if I arrived it was because I was staying in passing and it is assumed that in any branch they can give me my account statement. Terrible service 1 hour 30 minutes

😡 Terrible logistics to be attended! An hour and a half waiting to be attended by executives and before being attended to, the executive (the only one) went to eat. It turns out that they give them an hour of food. They need to do something about it. Not everything can be solved with the app or online.😡
